I am a Life Coach / Personal Transformational Coach and I work with both males and females aged 18+ who know that they want more, and feel that something is holding them back. Together we explore what this may be, and where necessary create strategies to overcome it. My clients have a better understanding of themselves, and no longer hold themselves back.
About me ?
I am Louise Whillock. I am a qualified Personal Transformational Coach and have a 20 year background in accountancy and finance. I was drawn to coaching because of its empowering nature.
I have had my own personal experiences of holding myself back due to limiting beliefs ("I can't do that", "that's not me", "I should do this".......you know the ones) that had their routes in the past. I then challenged them to find that they were no longer true (maybe they were never true), appropriate or useful. I have created a happier phase in my life,but it would have been so easy to stay in the "comfort zone". I firmly believe that we owe it to ourselves to create the opportunity to be who, deep deep down, we know we can be and beyond. No one is going to create this opportunity for you, other than you. Creating this opportunity can be monumental and daunting and seem like a huge task, but this is where a Personal Transformational Coach can be invaluable. I can work with you to identify where you are now, where you want to get to, and most importantly, how you get there. So, is today the day that you take the first step to creating the opportunity for you?
I will provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space in which we will work together to arrive at client led solutions, along with an action plan to put the solutions in place. I will listen to what you say, and what you don't say. With your commitment to the process, the change you want can be achieved.
As the name suggests Personal Transformational Coaching involves a transformation with the client. Often my clients want to change something in their life, it could be that they want to fulfil their potential, become more assertive or learn to put themselves first. The roots of achieving these things are in creating a shift in the client’s thinking and behaviour. It is often the case that new habits are formed, and old habits that no longer serve the client are put aside.
